We were able to carry out a complete rebuild and redesign of the LR Parts ecommerce store, enabling easier navigation for users, as well as implementing a mobile platform that could be used on tablets and handsets. The site now uses an Innovative, advanced vehicle part picking system, which customers can navigate with ease, either at home or on the go.


Extensive Catalogue
With over 180,000 products to add onto the new platform it proved to be something of a challenge, meaning we needed to build a custom script based on requirements from the client and the product data from the suppliers.
With Magento 2 able to handle more products LR Parts were able to offer their customers greater choice while we also ensured that each product had the right SKU, based on conditional logic, as well as the other recognised Magento fields.

We used the popular Magento 2 platform to build a new digital platform for LR Parts as it allows for better navigation and greater performance due to its touch screen functionality. In turn, the site has seen faster load times and better conversions which is vital for an online retailer.
The easy check-out process which Magento 2 offers is much smoother allowing customers to make their purchase with just a few simple steps while the modern tech stack makes the whole process faster, more secure and easier to upgrade going forward.
